I create a warm and supportive experience for every student in every session. Schoolwork is difficult enough without negativity and criticism. Encouraging students to answer new questions without fear of reprisal opens their minds, thus increasing their natural ability to learn complex material and unlocking their ability to succeed. We focus on the good, shake off the bad, and grow our appreciation of ourselves and our abilities!

I imbue students with the confidence they need to succeed in class and life. Nowadays with the prevalence of social media and harsh requirements from college admissions offices, many students suffer from anxiety, self doubt, and perfectionism. I’ve been there myself and work on combatting these feelings with my students! We celebrate accomplishments together and understand there are no bad students!
💡Custom Explanations
I curate individualized explanations for each student based on their needs, prior understanding, and learning styles. If my first attempt to break down a tough concept doesn’t make sense, I will try again… and again… until it actually makes sense. Everyone learns differently and should be treated as such! My favorite moment teaching is when the lightbulb goes off and a student finally understands something challenging. I strive to create this for all students.

I require students to hone their problem-solving skills in every session. In today’s world the answer to every question is always at our fingertips, diminishing the vital opportunities for students to puzzle over an issue. By focusing on the hardest parts of the curriculum we train student’s critical thinking skills. Teaching students strategies to handle oncoming challenges increases their innovation puts them on the path to success!

All of my lessons are 100% remote! Instead of spending my time driving back and forth, I take that extra time to craft lessons, create homework, and find new ways to explain tough concepts for your student!

I get it! Being late happens and I don’t want that to cut into your learning. I reserve an extra 10 minutes at the end of every session to make sure if you’re a few minutes late you still get your full time!

You get a free 60-minute tutoring session for every new student you refer to me after they receive 2 hours of lessons! You can refer your siblings and still receive the free lesson! (See Terms of Service for more info!)

Services are priced at $55.00 per 60-minutes of instruction. However, subscriber pricing is $50.00 per 60-minutes of instruction. Need extra time for an upcoming test? No problem! Subscribers will never pay more than $50.00 per hour!
